Sadly, I do have to agree that since the new forum 'experience', and the new layout and format, that the help that was so freely offered and easy to find has now virtually gone, with SO many threads looking for help and advice not getting any replies at all. I think there will be a lot of sellers ending up in trouble that they cannot get their way out of.
