Scam by Customer
I am new to Amazon as a seller and it’s been only few months with limited orders so I did not have any return experience from customers.
Recently i got a return from my customer and he did not sent my product back instead sent a used plastic bottle maybe for fun. I have raised the issue to Amazon team and hoping to receive my amount back waiting for the response.
But more than the claim i wanted to report the customer and when I asked the customer support they said there is no such option.
How can we report such customer as I am sure they must be doing the same with so many sellers.
Any thoughts and suggestions on this??
