Brand Registry Application Rejected due to images

The rejection:

"The documents provided are not acceptable for Brand Registry. The images should not be computer generated and must be of the physical product you intend to sell on Amazon. We ask that you submit at least one image of your product or product packaging as part of the application. The submitted pictures will be used solely for the purpose of reviewing your application, and customers will not have access to them."

My images weren't altered, and were taken with a phone. They don't even remotely look like they were computer generated. They are actual pictures of the product, the engraved logo is permanently on the product. Is there something about this message i'm reading incorrectly? Should i just re-submit with the same images?

Make sure to include pictures that make the product look "3D" not just a flat, off the top picture. Holding it in your hand in a picture usually works as well

Hello @Seller_ntdJxnDAwRT7U

Thank you for your post! My name is Sandy from the Community Manager team.

Looking at your application, it seems like the previous one (case ID 16984347241) was declined due to images but because you attached an ASIN that does not belong to your brand.

Please see section 3.2 of the Brand Registry Application Guide.

This is an optional field. If you already sell products under your brand name, you can add the ASINs here. If you already have ASINs under a different brand, do not add them here otherwise the application will be denied.

If you currently do not have any ASINs under the brand name you are applying, please leave this section blank. If you attach ASINs that are not your brand name, you will get the message you received: The brand name on your product images does not match the brand on the brand application. Please ensure the trademark name is clearly visible on your product images.

It seems like the new application you just sent (case ID 16994856181) does not have the ASIN information so hopefully this one is approved! Please allow 10 business days for the brand to reach back to you with updates.

Thank you for your patience.

Sandy
