Shipment Delivered but not Update on in the Amazon Seller Site

Dear Sir,

Order ID : 407-1025292-9542742

I had shipped One Consignemnt of Rexnord Fan 27255A2 Panel Fan against Order ID 407-1025292-9542742 to Buyer Name - Rajendra through Professional Courier - PNQ80029974 and same have been delivered to Buyer on 16/10/2024...However Amazon SellerCentral Order Track is still showing Product Undelivered...

Kindly look into the same and please update the shipping from Undelivered to Delivered.
