FBA 4x6 Labels Not Optimal Format

@Dougal_Amazon

Please help forward my suggestion to the dev team. The current format of actual shipping label does not fill the entire 4x6 page, causing printing issues on the barcode, which makes the package difficult to scan at UPS. The FBA label is fine because it fills the media.

My suggestion is to have the shipping label fill the complete 4x6 and eliminate the extra 1" whitespace at the bottom. Thanks!

@Seller_DPRj23HYo6nAtThank you for providing your feedback on labels to the forums!

Please note that labels support a measurement of 3 1/3 x 4 inches, unless you have a thermal printer, where you can now print directly on a 4 x 6 inches. This can be done by selecting thermal printing paper in the box and pallet label printing options.

Can you please confirm you are utilizing the thermal printer option when creating the 4 x 6 labels?

Thank you!
