Dear Roberto_Amazon and Fellow Sellers,
Thanks for the update on upcoming Seller University webinars.
But let’s address the elephant in the room: even after all the webinars, policies, and promises, the core problems sellers face are only getting worse.
👉 Amazon has timeline digital tracking data, yet when sellers submit Safe-T claims, ATS/FBA staff manipulate the delivery and return logs—ensuring we miss deadlines and are denied claims.
👉 Over 15 lakh sellers are on this platform, yet benefits seem to be reserved for 0.5% of insiders like Cloudtail and Cocoblu.
👉 Even when we spend ₹10,000 a day on ads, we don’t recover even 25% of it in sales. Meanwhile, Amazon profits through commissions, returns, fake Safe-T claims, shipping charges, and ads.
👉 FBA staff allegedly steal up to 25% of our inventory and ATS delivery hubs manipulate data to avoid fines—all based on insider tip-offs we've verified.
👉 Now, sellers—already gasping under pressure—are being nudged toward Seller University, as if yet another webinar will solve these structural issues.
It feels like one final nail after another.
We’re expected to study more while bleeding losses????
So before Amazon asks us to learn how to print another invoice or select another pickup slot, how about real action on:
1) Transparent returns handling
2) Fair resolution of Safe-T claims
3) Accountability for ATS/FBA-related thefts
4) Seller protection from fake buyers and refund fraud- ATS Staffs
Webinars are welcome, but they shouldn’t be a distraction from fixing the system that’s increasingly crushing the small and honest seller.
