Self-ship Order Delivered on Time but Treated as Cancelled by Amazon

I had executed self-ship order via India Post on the next day of receiving the order on a Sunday. The order was delivered by within hours of shipping. I had also uploaded all details is tsv format on Amazon Seller Central.

Yet, Amazon has treated the order as cancelled and penalized me.

I have sent several emails and the stock reply I get is that the matter is being looked into.

Please help

I have checked the case ID that you provided and reviewed the order details included in this case.

As I understand it, the order was not confirmed by you once dispatched, and I cannot find any tracking details or data regarding your confirmation.This would lead to order cancellation. . According to the Amazon help page:

If you do not confirm dispatch of an order within seven business days of the dispatch availability date, we will automatically cancel the order. We will not charge the buyer, even if you already dispatched the order. We encourage sellers to enter tracking information as soon as the package is handed over to the carrier as it takes up to 72 hours for changes to be recorded. Providing tracking information post-delivery will be counted as an VTR defect.

To prevent such issues in the future, please ensure you confirm dispatch and enter valid tracking information for all orders right after dispatching them.
