Exremely high return shipping costs
We were looking over the charges from amazon and we have seen a rash of "Adjustments" being charged to us for returns. A reasonable price is shown on the auto-approved returns, but later we are charged upwards of $1800 to return items that we shipped to the customer for a fraction of that price. We attempted to start a case with Amazon asking for more information and an explanation of the charges, but the case was "transferred" and no associates have reached back out to us (case ID 15868516641) is only one of the times we have tried to reach out to have this looked into. As the product dimensions were already available to Amazon at the time of return, it is unacceptable that Amazon would charge us these high fees. They need to be reversed @SEAmod can you help us with this? On one of these orders we were able to charge the customer $482 and still had room for profit, but Amazon then charged us $1,691.20 just to return the item to us. How is this even possible????? Amazon gets some of the best rates in the world, but us, a much smaller seller, were able to ship the item for less than 10% of what Amazon charged us for the return.

Hello! @Seller_JuQdElmntS0K7
Thank you for using the Forums and bringing this matter into our attention. I have reviewed the case you provided, and it seems our seller support was unable to identify the source of these adjustments.
Our Seller Support team should have a path to appeal these adjustments. Do you have a more recent case asking to appeal the adjustments?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
