Brand Ungating - Invoice, Photos, Packing Slips, Authorized Reseller Agreement - Still Denied?

I've never had a problem getting ungated for an item when I had all the required documents and photo evidence before, but I don't know what to do about this, it's absolutely frustrating.

The problem with adding anything is that I can't get approved for a product until its ordered, INVOICED, and then in hand; BUT then when its in hand you wont approve it - how am I supposed to conduct business?

I have to order and pay in order to receive a proper invoice, yet now I am stuck with something I believed would not be impossible to get approved. I have never had a problem with any of the brands I've been approved to sell in the past. The company is right in line with the other products I sell and have sold in the past.

They don't want to give a reason, I can only assume because there is no justifiable reason.

I have gone through all the steps I believe are required according to the document requirements - I have provided everything. The items in question were all purchased directly through my rep at the manufacturer. I included the required documents according to the checklist.

Once the items arrived I took photos. Clearly showing the items I was trying to add along with the pallet they came in on. Photos of the pallet at the business arriving via freight delivery. Photos and scans of the packing slip and the items.

Within a few minutes it came back again a declined for not submitting any new documents. ( I checked and it looked like none of it went through on the reply-reapply - I immediately responded to the emails with all the documents again. it took several responses, due to the attachment limits but I was able to add the photos. No reply; days later, Denied again.

The customer support people told me the decisions from that team are final and they don't need to give any indication as to the reasons they deny up to and including not accepting applications.

I suppose I already know the answer to this, but, I'm screwed?

Hi there @Seller_qDxANlREJzTdI,

I'm sorry you are having difficulties getting approvedto sell a specific Brand. Amazon requires that sellers have inventory of products they intend to sell to ensure the authenticity of the products. Due to the internal nature of application reviews, Amazon will not share why the documents were or were not accepted however you may want to review with your distributor and the brand to see what might be missing from your documents.

You can review Amazon's requirements for invoices and guidelines for sourcing inventory for further information. If you would like me to review your specific case please provide your most recent Case ID on this subject and I will see what insights I can provide.

Thank you for your understanding.
