Im selling a children product and it requires a cpc certification. When i uploaded into the case i keep getting the same error.
Product identifier mismatch - CPC/COC/GCC
The ASIN of the product is right on the first page and everything looks clear to me. ive been trying to solve this issue and opened a case but no one has been able to help me. Does anybody know how to fix this?
