Current Status of Listings: Inactive | Action Required: Verify your Selling on Amazon account BUT no warning or request

I have problem with my account. At my Listings Status: "Current Status of Listings: Inactive".
I had received this notification from Amazon:
"You're receiving this email because you recently applied to sell on Amazon or you recently reactivated your seller account.
Maintaining a trusted marketplace for buyers and sellers is our top priority. Before you can start or resume Selling on Amazon, we ask that you go through a document verification and review process. Any existing listings for your account will be suspended while the review is in progress.
For your convenience, we have provided step-by-step instructions below to submit your documents for verification:
Use below link to access the Seller Identity Verification process.
Amazon North America (link to account infor)
Amazon Australia (link to account info)
Follow the instructions provided as part of the Seller Identity Verification process to upload your documents, which our team will verify.
Upon being successfully verified, you will be allowed to sell on Amazon."
The problem here is that when I click on the "Amazon North America" link, it is redirected to the Account Info page and at this page it just abnormally shows the listing status with the content "Current Status of Listings: Inactive (Listings not available for sale on Amazon) )" and does not have any warning or message lines related to verifying the account. All are normal status
Now my account cannot be listed for sale and I don't know what to do because there are no warnings or instructions to solve the problem.

We've been stuck with the exact same issue and it's beyond infuriating! Sent countless messages and endless phone calls to Amazon's Seller Support that have led us nowhere. It's a complete dead end with zero resolution!

Thanks for the post. I'm seeing sellers sharing the same concerns and some have found a resolution path. I can assure you that the proper teams and level of management is involved and working on providing more guidance.
Here are a few suggestions to take action now:
1. Open a Seller Support case (or an additional case if you've already tried this approach) so the team can look into your account requirements and status.
2. If you have access to the Call Me Now feature on your Account Health dashboard, please give the team a call and ask them to provide additional guidance.
