To all sellers, please beware of a buyer named [Moderator Edit]. They ordered two items from us worth 2000/- , requested to return the product, and instead of giving us our product back, sent back items worth 50 rupees. We are still fighting with amazon to get our money back. Please do advise if any of you have faced a similar issue.

As per the Seller Forums Guidelines, it is not allowed to post personal information such as phone numbers, e-mail addresses, personal addresses, license numbers, social security numbers, bank account numbers, credit or debit card numbers, any financial information, or IP address.
You need to File a SAFE-T claim

myself. I also faced same problem by getting stupid returns from the customers and amazon won't give full amount atleast not even half amount.

I am also facing same issue. Such issues of fraud buyers have happened many times. Amazon should do something about this issue. In which sellers are incurring huge losses. Buyers get their money back before our return product arrive.
