Need help with listing as Seller Support not helpful
I have been on a listing now for over 8 months, I have always sold the same product, same type, same brand. Last month, somehow, the title and the images of the listing was changed to the same brand of product but different range (a more expensive range), now customers are receiving what they think is the wrong item and I'm receiving negative reviews. The range it has been changed to shouldn't of been allowed as there is already another Amazon listing and ASIN for that particular range which Amazon are selling on. Now there is two listings for the same product which I think is against Amazon's policies, however I would just like the details changed to how they were a few months ago.
(for reference, I am not the brand owner)
I have messaged Seller Support about this, however, as usual they was not much of a help.
Could someone please tag or give me an email or information of someone who can help me out this problem.
