GTIN Exeemption Accept but still not able to upload product

Hi! I already applied for GTIN exemption and got approved, but it still show that I need to fill in the ID when I press submit. I tried clicked and unclicked the tick, reopen a product from GTIN exemption granted page. Still not working...
