Customers can still use the coupon even though I closed it 7 hours in advance.

Turning off the coupons seven hours in advance of the Lightning Deal did not prevent a few customers from using them during the event. Checking at the promotional orders, the coupon were created after the Lightning Deal had concluded. How should I prevent customers from using coupons during Lightning Deal?

Hello @Seller_EwW3YpUIlE7P9- thanks for the post. I wanted to make sure you had this guidance on stacked promotions handy as it does include some guidance on managing cases where the intent is not to offer multiple discount paths.

I can also provide our guidance on editing a promotion, and ending or canceling a promotion, which confirms it may take some time for the changes to flow through Amazon systems. If you believe a technical issue has occurred though, you will want to create a case with our support team for direct investigation!
