Safe T Claim Blocked
We have been a seller on amazon for several years now and always tried to follow amazon policy and guidelines. We received few emails before for Safe T Claim policy violation but when we specifically check those order id, there was nothing unusual about it and all guidelines where followed and no errors from our end as well. Today our Safe T Claim has been blocked stating policy violation. We have always appreciated the efforts of amazon to maintain the safeguard the interest of both the seller and the buyer.
Is there any way we can appeal or request for to reinstate the safe t claim feature ?

Thank you for using the Forums. I know this must be frustrating to deal with, have you attempted to work with our Seller Support team on this yet? Do you have the case ID or order ID examples?
