Reverify Identity Verification is stuck in an endless loop
When I submitted my first identity verification, I accidentally submitted a wrong proof of address (it was my bank card statement, but there was no address), so the review failed.
But when I wanted to submit the correct information again, I was directed to the help page when I clicked Identity Verification (Reverify).
So I created a case ID 15325009181, and Amazon Selling Partner Support gave me a response. I followed the steps in the response to create a new case ID 15324797461, but the response to this case was exactly the same as the previous one.
During this period, I got another mode of Seller Identity Verification link through online customer service. I uploaded my ID card and business license, and also received a notification of verification completion in case ID 15345745471, but Identity Verification (Reverify) is still displayed under the INFORM Consumers Act banner, as if these two types of Identity Verification are not related, but at least it can prove that there is no problem with my ID card and business license.
My account was suspended on May 28 due to the INFORM Consumers Act.
Now When I click on Reactivate your account from the Account Health page, it takes me to the Account Information page.
Clicking Identity Verification (Reverify) on the account information page takes me to the help page.
Clicking Submit an appeal or additional information to reactivate my account on the help page takes me back to the Account Health page.
All options in Legal Entity cannot be edited
I am stuck in an endless loop.
I have been selling on Amazon US for 5 years and my account has never been suspended. I know I submitted the wrong information and I am willing to resubmit the correct information, but I don’t have the channel to submit the correct information.
I am willing to cooperate with the review of INFORM Consumers Act. Please tell me whether I need to upload the correct information through the case, or help me fix the technical problem of the wrong direction. Please tell me what I need to do to make the Indeitity Verification (Reverify) button return to normal. I saw that many sellers in the forum encountered this problem and have solved it. Sincerely, please tell me how you did it.
It has been more than a month since the audit failed on April 24 and the account was suspended on May 28。My problem has not been solved yet.

The latest news is that I created a case ID 15430358411 through Account Health Specialist and it has passed the review,
but it still shows Identity Verification (Reverify) under the INFORM Consumers Act banner.
