What exactly is going on with the RDU4 warehouse???
What exactly is Amazon doing in its warehouses? The shipment we created and sent to RDU4 warehouse on August 2 contains 190 pieces. After the shipment on August 8, the goods are still in the "registered" status, and the quantity received is always 0. We are always in danger of being out of stock. I've never seen a warehouse this slow.

This warehouse has issues - there's many threads on RDU4. My shipment was sent out on July 18, the courier finally got a delivery appointment to deliver on August 1, and my products are still not received. They're just sitting somewhere (where? Nobody can tell me - they keep saying it can take up to 10 days to receive them. It's now been a month). My listings are active, but show that these items won't start shipping from FBA until early October. They're summer items - meant for July/august sales - which we've now missed. I guess we're going to have to pay to recall them or pay stupid amounts of storage for them over the winter. I can offer no solutions to this issue, but I do offer plenty of commiseration with you. :(

I shipped my units to RDU4 on July 1 2024... still today (Sept2,2024) the units show up as "IN TRANSIT" and now Amazon banner shown that I will need to wait until Nov 2 2024 for the shipment to be closed in order to request investigation... This is totally ridiculouse waiting 120 days! these are perishable Items we are talking about... Sad thing is, Ive open Cases... and even a Forum thread whereas Dominic has abritrarily decide the Thread is already to old to work on it

I would like to inform you that I brought your case to the team in charge, however they mention this shipment is not eligible for investigation until September 27th.
In this case the recommendation will be that on 28th if the issue persist please let me know, so I can review the case with them.

RDU4 is a disaster. They can take weeks to admit that the product was delivered, then weeks more to start unpacking it, and then another month to distribute it around the country. Initially, they said that my product will be mailed out to the buyers on Sept 17th , then the 22nd...it has now been pushed back to Oct 3rd. In all my years with Amazon have I not seen this
