Listing is not Buyable, Cancellation rate high due to fake orders. Is my account deactivated ?
"My account's cancellation rate does not meet the requirement. I can improve my Offer Display eligibility by achieving and maintaining a cancellation rate under the target of 2.5%. " - This is what the response I got for complaining my listing are not buyable.
It is due to Fake orders which I did not know how to report, so cancelled which was my shortcoming. But All my ASINs are not buyable now and I cannot introduce new also, so how can I improve my cancellation rate ? Does it mean my seller account is deactivated and I would not be selling it on amazon ? Please clarify. Also, let me know if it can be resolved or not.

if your listing are still buyable increase orders using ads, as more orders are sucessfully delivered the cancellation rate will decrease
