Brand name on product images
Hello Sellers, wondering if anyone has advice.
We did not manage to register our brand in Brand Registry. There was a problem with the brand name on the product image. We tried to write our brand name as clearly and accurately as possible, but unfortunately this variant didn't work either.
Could anyone help with advice, please? What do we need to change? I attached a photo of the support response and the way we depicted the brand name on the product (both variants)

The answer seems rather clear: they say that "the brand name on your product images do not match the brand on the brand application". Didn't you write it correctly in your application?

I reviewed your 2 applications and think I found the reason for being declined. You are providing sample ASINs in your application that are not your brand. My recommendation is that you reapply and do not provide any sample ASINs, unless you have ASINs that do have your brand name.
