70+ Orders Refunded by Amazon as 'Unable to Deliver' Despite Delivery Confirmation with Tracking that was Uploaded

I have over 70 orders for which Amazon issued automatic refunds for, claiming the reason is "unable to deliver" However, this isn't accurate! Every tracking number I uploaded shows that the orders were delivered on time to the customer.

I've since spent hours filing 70 Safe-T Claims to prove that each order was delivered as promised. I'm hoping to have my revenue restored by Amazon for all 70 cases.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any idea to why this happened and continues to happen to me?

Hello @Seller_Y1EOO0T39gQ3U- and thanks for joining us here on the seller forums! I can help offer some guidance on approaching these claims, including this great breakdown of the SAFE-T Claim process, and best practices, put together by the forums team.

If you haven't yet, you may wish to investigate if Amazon Buy Shipping would be the right option for your business, as it does offer some protections against item not received claims as discussed on this help page.

I hope this helps, but let me know if you have any questions on the above content!
