Horrible easy ship service experience because of Miss Pickups
I tried contacting the helpline for miss pickups but all they do is forward forms to be filled up. ALL in vein. There is a single pickup after 5 missed orders. Pathetic easy ship service experience. There should be a direct contact available for miss pickup team. All sellers will loose business and amazon will loose its commission/referral fees.
Amazon officials should create a new team to help easy ship service issues only. Internal team already has too much on its plate i guess to even look into this matter. Helpline numbers are trying their best but all in vein as they don't have access to any on field resource/team officials.

Many of my Orders are getting cancelled due to non pickup of material. Its Horrible . And no response from Amazon team even after raising the multiple complaint .
