On-Time Delivery Late USPS Package Forwarded By Customer
So I shipped an order using ShipStation since sometimes there are issues with the Amazon Buy Shipping with their weird delivery dates and counting closed days that customers provide against using certain services, which is a whole other issue. The package arrived at the stated local post office by the last estimated delivery date and tracking showed it was being held at the post office per customer request for pickup. The next day there was some processing and the package was forwarded to another post office, but it didn't arrive there until 9 days later when the customer finally picked it up and it was marked delivered. The issue is this counted against our On-Time Delivery metric since it was shipped via ShipStation and not Amazon Buy Shipping. Question is, how is it our fault if the package arrived on time and then by customer's request was forwarded?
Also had another shipment that I had to use ShipStation being shipped to a town in the same state as me 360 miles away and it ended up going all the way to the other end of the country and back (Since USPS had been having some major screw ups the past couple of months on a good amount of my shipments) thereby taking over a week to get delivered to the customer and again counting against my metrics.

Also, I notice these weird things or average than longer delivery times always happening on a Monday (Or last week for example on a Tuesday since Monday was a holiday). One shipment for example I dropped off Tuesday went all the way to the New Jersey and then came back to Salt Lake City. It's supposed to be delivered in Pennsylvania. Another shipment went all the way to New Jersey and then came to Salt Lake City with this one supposed to be delivered in New Jersey. Also, for some reason, all these shipments left LA on Tuesday, ended up at a sort facility in Bakersfield, and then all came back to a sort facility in LA. Again, this odd behavior usually happens on a Monday or in this case a Tuesday since Monday was a holiday.
