FBA pickup slots not available from past 3 months for del4

we are not getting Del4 FC slots from past 3 months, only creating the shipment and deleting the shipment. Now Del5 also not giving slots. Totally helpless feeling and employee lost their job in our office. Stocks are packed but can't send anywhere. Infact appointment, third party logistics, spn, bluedart all showing slots not available.
