Amazon Seller in US - Question about selling FBM items on Amazon Canada
Wanted to know, if a US Seller wants to sell FBM items to Amazon customers on amazon.ca, would they still be protected against A to Z claims the same way as in the U.S., assuming all other criteria are followed such as, buying shipping labels through Amazon, ship on time, etc?

This is a great question. Generally speaking, yes, you should be protected against A-Z claims as the same criteria applies to the Canadian Marketplace.
