Has anyone had issues with Amazon not properly supporting the services. Also overcharging for countries that you do not provide service to and not allowing to reach customer?

I am looking for resolutions to get ahold of customer service and or address the consumer fraud and ftc violations that are being practiced by this corporation if anyone has had any similar issues on there storefronts.

I have reached and asked to speak with customer support and it just cancels my request everytime and the email team and chat team have repeatedly sent the same steps that are of no resolve.

Amazon this a notice you are breaching a contract based on your own terms of service.

A breach of the ftc act thru deceptive trade practices by creating a bait and switch program forcing payments for services not offered and no way to resolve.
