Help regarding a buyer who always cancels the order
I am a seller on the Amazon portal for 1.5 years. One buyer is continuously ordering from me and the package is always canceled when it reaches Bhiwandi. Till now there are 3 orders from him and all the time the package gets canceled/undeliverable when it reaches Bhiwandi. I have also filed for “Report a suspicious buyer” but Amazon tells me to ship the product all the time.
The buyer’s email-id is also different from normal people. His email id is k-v.....@amazon.com. Under the name section, he has not entered any name of the person also. Every time I ship the product gets returned and I need to face the loss of shipping charges.
I called Amazon support for a customer contact number but they are not helping me.
What should I do?

I was facing the same problem, and after multiple complaints and requests I finally got this answer-
""Inaccurate weight and dimensions can hamper customer experience. There have been few escalations from customers where they have received product different that mentioned on detail page. Also, there have been escalations where customer faced issues during return pickup because weight and dimensions declared by seller were erroneous. To ensure good customer experience, Amazon relies on customer research and feedback to ascertain if weight/dimensions declared are correct.
We ensure no loss to seller (any weight handling fees charged would be reimbursed within 45 business days) and no impact on metrics for any packages ordered for research purpose""
This sort the issue, amazon does it to verify our check weather we’re entering product dimensions and weight correct. They won’t charge us for anything but the worst part is that they ignore the packing charge, time taken to pack the product etc,

i am facing same problem. Got fake order from the same buyer {Moderator Edit (Jessica) buyer information removed} having fake undeliverable address in amravati. Seller support is not at all helping with this. and neither blocking that buyer. It seems some insider job

Yes, My 5 out of 5 Orders from this buyer are cancelled and I also contacted the Seller Support regarding that. But they didn’t take any action against this buyer.

Same, We have also received 4 orders from this user ID and all of them comes back marked as undeliverable. I think the better way to report the order as suspicious as soon as you receive it so that you will get the easy ship fee reimbursed for the order rejection. Still a pain to handle as Amazon every time says to ship the order.

Same with us, we have reported customer support about fake order twice, but they said please ship the order as per the policy. Yesterday again we got order from {Moderator Edit (Jessica) email address removed}
Every time order get cancelled as soon as parcel left the courier facility.
