Brand Registry - Continuous Denial
Hello Everyone,
I hope you are doing well! I am hoping that posting this here can help me find an Amazon representative who can help or feedback as to what I am doing wrong.
I am going on my 7th year of selling on Amazon, in great standing, and already have brands enrolled in Brand Registry. I am launching a new brand and although my trademark is in initial approval and I have sent numerous applications, I am continuously getting denied for
"The product images you provided do not display the label permanently affixed to the product or its packaging."
My product has the exact brand logo/trademark I attached to the application clearly affixed to the product. I tried reopening cases, attaching photos of a word document explaining this needs to be escalated to a manager, calling (does not allow you to), etc.
I would appreciate any help I can get here!
I created a new application and it is under Pending case creation but will update here once I have the Case ID.

When you say 'affixed to the product' it sure sounds like a STICKER and NOT printed or engraved on the product or the product box.
Amazon has gotten 'testy' about items just having stickers to the degree that they are no longer permitted. What you may have done for your previous brands will not work now.
In fact, if your are using stickers on the approved brands, consider yourself lucky that they have not already suspended those and required new labeling that is permanent.
This is just one very small step that Amazon is doing to try and get a handle on all of the "private label" stuff coming in from China with nothing but stickers to differentiate the items.

Wow. Thank you for selling with us for 7 years and with Brand Registry!
I looked into your application and see the brand name on the product (printed). For apparel, sometimes they request brand names on the tag (behind the neck) but I agree that it's unclear and this needs clarification.
I have personally escalated your case to the brand enrollment team to check and review. Once they have updates I will notify you here. Please expect a reply from me sometime next week.
