Amazon CCU1 Warehouse (West Bengal )

I have an active seller on Amazon for the past 6 Years now , I have never experience this type of an issue where a warehouse is in-operative since 11/11/2033.

And the worst part is no one has any idea when the same will be active or what has went wrong with the warehouse.

Would request any seller who has any update , to kindly share .

I am a new seller and have been sending the products to CCU1. Since October, the warehouse is not accepting any inbound shipments. To date, when I ask Amazon support they only say that it will remain closed until further notice, but does not give any reason. I was thinking of sending it to other warehouses outside the state, but it requires you to re-register for GST again. Hope it gets solved soon.

I send my products to CCU1 only.. now that the issue is still unresolved since November 2023, I have applied from other state's warehouse registration. Something is better than nothing,

Reply received from Seller Support over email :

"In this regard, I would like to inform you that due to an unforeseen contingency in the CCU1 fulfillment center (FC), our operations at this site are currently constrained.

As a result, if you have registration in other Amazon FCs, we will relocate your inventory from CCU1 FC to other active FCs across the network over the next 5 weeks at no additional cost. If you are only registered in CCU1 FC, we will facilitate the removal of your inventory from CCU1 FC within 2-3 weeks at no additional cost.

We will also be initiating reimbursement of CCU1 FC storage fees that have been charged to you (if any) for the period during which the CCU1 FC was not operational. "

I am a new seller and have been sending the products to CCU1. Since October, the warehouse is not accepting any inbound shipments. To date, when I ask Amazon support they only say that it will remain closed until further notice, but does not give any reason. I was thinking of sending it to other warehouses outside the state, but it requires you to re-register for GST again. Hope it gets solved soon.
