Error 8572 Help

Hi all!

I keep getting error code 8572 and I am very confused. I gave seller support all the supporting documentation they needed about my GTIN UPC code and I get the same response over and over again. I gave them my GS1 CERTIFICATE, Company and Brand Statement letter, Screenshots of GS1 website showing my Brand, company and the GTIN UPC assigned to the product. Even then, I keep getting emails from Seller support that they can't verify. I bought it from the official GS1 site, keeps giving me this error 8572. I'm very frustrated, stressed, and confused. My inventory is here now ready to be shipped to Amazon. I am a new seller with very limited resources and have used up all my life savings to get to this point. This is keeping me up all night long.

I desperately need some help resolving this issue as soon as possible. Please HELP!!

How long ago did you get the UPC from GS1? It can take a little bit for Amazon to sync with GS1 and see new codes as valid.

How long ago did you get the UPC from GS1? It can take a little bit for Amazon to sync with GS1 and see new codes as valid.
