Do you mean you bought the stock on Amazon?
Looking at a few otterbox listings only Amazon sell on them which likely means thats the agreement the manufacturer has

Looking at some Otterbox listings - the only seller who is selling New Otterbox products is Amazon.
which would suggest the brand is gated from selling New to third party sellers on Amazon.
