My Self Ship listings are showing as non-deliverable even though pincode is added in template
I recently uploaded few new listing and migrated an old listing to Self-Ship, but they are still showing this error on Amazon's page. "This item cannot be shipped to your selected delivery location. Please choose a different delivery location." I have tried this for multiple pincodes that are active in my template but to no avail.
Customer Support is not able to help and they are giving very pathetic response like -
1 "Easy ship cannot handle this size" while the issue of Self-ship
2. They merged the case with a completely different issue altogether.
Can someone please help? Am I missing any step in activating Self Ship. Are there any steps to take while creating or finalising the template.
PS - I have deactivated certain pincodes in my Self ship like J&K, Lakshwadeep etc. Can this cause an issue?
