Negative Keywords are broken for all US advertisers
Since at least September 7, negative keywords have not functioned correctly. Both Exact and Phrase match negative keywords in campaigns are generating impressions, clicks and spend, affecting all metrics. A case was opened with Seller Support, wherein they stated it’s a known issue which is happening to all advertisers in the US, and to wait for a fix to be deployed. No further information nor action by Amazon has been noted in the case log.
Given the potential impact, I’m surprised at my inability to find an active thread. Are the people who frequent this forum unaffected, unaware or otherwise? For those affected, how and to what extent? Has anyone performed an audit, opened cases, initiated a claim? Does anyone have more information or an outlook on a fix timeline?

Me too, advertisements still appear on keywords that have been targeted with negative exact and negative phrase match
