issue with referral fee calculation, all products are calculated under Home Decor

for some of my listings the Fees are calculating wrongly. For Example: My Product listings are in office products, its referal fee charge is 11% but Amazon Fee is Calculating in Home and Decor Items Category and Charging 17%.
