Hello @Seller_Tyd5hISCF8buN,
The Safe-T claims are counted based on the ratio as per the SAFE-T Policy for Easy Ship, Self-Ship, and Seller Flex orders:
As per Amazon's internal policies, if a seller is identified as abusive or fraudulent, filed a fraudulent claim or is found to be abusing or misusing the SAFE-T policy in any form or manner, the seller can be subject to appropriate enforcement action as per our policies. As per Amazon’s policies, this may include:
- SAFE-T denials based on suspicious and repeated filling metrics, such as exceeding the claims refunds to return/reject ratio of 8%.
- Recovery of already reimbursed amount.
- Blocking of the SAFE-T feature in cases of identified abusive and fraudulent cases or patterns.
Regards,
Sakura
