need urgent help from amazon support!
i shipped a package with 450 jewelry items to the FC, it was on "delivered" status for 5 weeks and then changed to "closed" with 0 units received!!!! and it states- counted and confirmed". this is all of my pick season stock and I'm so baffled
i opened a case ( ID 16349930621 ) and the rep said that they will get back to me in 24 hours. it's been 4 days! not a pip. i am losing so much money and no one seems to care.
i already sent another package that is in "delivered" status for 14 days now and i am so scared amazon will lose it too.
what can i do? support won't let me open a new case in this matter. there gotta be cameras that will help me understand what happened to my shipment. it's a thousands of dollars' worth of damage!

After taking a look at this case, it appears Seller Support was requesting some documentation in order to conduct their investigation. Specifically, Proof of Ownership in the form of valid invoices from a supplier - with all pertinent details included. It sounds like you may be the manufacturer of the inventory, so in your case I would recommend proof of ownership documentation for the items used to create your inventory. I recommend opening a new case with Seller Support, with that information (and the BOL) included. Let me know if you have any follow-up!
