Activate seller account for Brazil from Amazon US

I have a seller account for North America and Europe, but I can't find a way to activate for Brazil, Brazil doesn't appear on the Amazon websites. I have written hundreds of times to Amazon seller support and they have not given me an effective answer. Does anyone know how I can activate the Amazon website for Brazil?

Thank you for reaching out. I am here to help. You mentioned you had opened several cases with Seller Support, would you kindly post in this thread the most recent case id number(s)? I would like to look into this for you and get a resolution. I had also been looking through our help pages and found the following Brazil Enrollment Guidelines. I would suggest looking there as well if you have not done so already.

Once I receive the case id numbers, I will begin to investigate.
