Recently, some selling partners have expressed concern about customer orders where the buyer name begins with 'MLL.'

We want to reassure our selling partners that these orders are legitimate and are placed by Amazon as part of our standard weight and dimension auditing process. When such orders are placed, selling partners receive an email notification that reads as follows:

“Dear Seller,

To ensure good customer experience, Amazon may itself or through third parties, conduct checks to confirm that the weight and/or dimensions declared by sellers for their Easy Ship orders are correct.

This is to notify you about the Amazon order/orders that were placed which you might have shipped already. If the shipments are returned, please be aware that the ES weight handling fee would be reimbursed to you. This exercise will not affect your account health.
