Answered Case but no response - for Brand Registry

I submitted my case on March 12, 2024 - ID 14930100611 and now it shows "Answered" but have not received any correspondance on the matter and if this is still under review. This is for "Brand Registry".

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to take a look.

As you mentioned, the case ID you provided is closed and a new case was created to continue your Brand Registry Application Process. This is the proper procedure and flow for applications. Unfortunately, I see that you closed that case via the 'Close this Case' button shortly after the case was created.

I recommend reopening that case. Ideally, this will allow your application to be picked up where it left off.

If you have not been responded to in 7 business days, please let me know here. I can submit an internal request to review.

I know what you're thinking, just submit that request now... Unfortunately, I cannot, I have to be able to show who I escalate to, that you tried to take action and fix on your own, but were not able (if it comes to that).
