We registered our products on 19th Sepetmber 2024, I received many orders but unable to ship any orders due to the non-picking up of our orders by the easy Ship Team in Greater Noida. Even the customer service response is very mechanical and prefabricated reply. We complained many times but till now it was not resolved. They are also charging cancellation charges and decreasing account health. I am losing my new brand reputation and money as well. Amazon's service is the worst.
