Global Seller Account Registration Issues

Hi Amazon Team,

I am having an issue with my Global Seller Account. I created a global seller account and the registration application was denied. I created that account with my e-mail that is associated with my Amazon customer account (Amazon customer, United States).

What happened:

I created a global seller account with my company (LLC) and personal information. I uploaded my business bank account's details as a second verification documents. Due to my ignorance, I thought that I need to upload business bank account's bank statement which should have my business address and company name. I uploaded that document for ID verification. I had a verification call. Unfortunately, they denied my global seller account registration. I got the following message:

After getting this message, I contacted Amazon Selling Partner Support and they recommended that I should create a new account with a new e-mail address. Please see the screenshot below (Please highlighted in Yellow):

I also talked to a support representative via chat and they said the same thing that I should create a new account with a new e-mail ID.

I am completely new to Amazon Seller Account and I went ahead and created this account which I am using to post this discussion.

I created this new account with only my personal information and I did not add business information to it because I was still confused about correctly setting up my account. I also uploaded my personal bank account details and personal bank account statement. This account passed verification.

I did some research about this entire ordeal and I came to know that I should have tried to get my first account verified, instead of opening a second global seller account.

I contacted Verification Team from the other account, but I understand that they may not respond quickly. I am just very worried and stressed at this point. I don't know what is the right course of action. I don't know what should I do and how do I do it correctly. I don't want any problems in the future. I have the required documents, I was just ignorant and thought that I needed to upload my business bank account statement.

I need some help from Amazon Verification Team and the Account Closure Team as soon as possible.

I want to know if I can get my first account verified and close this one. Or should I keep this account and close the other account. If I need to close the previous account, how can I do that? I just don't want any more problems. It is very stressful already. Please help me.

There are some things missing to get the correct answer that will clear things up. I will not take the time to all the possibilities, buy if the following questions are answered, a 99% correct can be given.

1. Are you located in the USA or a foreign country?

2. Did you have an individual account that you are attempting to change to a business account?

There are some things missing to get the correct answer that will clear things up. I will not take the time to all the possibilities, buy if the following questions are answered, a 99% correct can be given.

1. Are you located in the USA or a foreign country?

2. Did you have an individual account that you are attempting to change to a business account?
