My own handmade product was completely mapped by a seller. I applied for Trademark Registration and submitted the application in Amazon brand registry. Then I raised a Violation case against the seller but Amazon says my complaint is invalid. I logged a case again explaining and asking how can another seller use my brand name, pictures, and sell a substandard copy of of my product for half the price without my permission? Amazon had not stopped that seller and not replied to me either.
