Making correction to Shipping weight & Dimension

Today is the fourth day since my case ID {removed by Amazon} was created. There is not resolution yet.

I had mistakenly entered wrong weight and dimension. But had immediately submitted a request to cancel the pick up for AWB# {removed by Amazon} on 13 July. I received a confirmation of the same by Easy Ship Team {removed by Amazon} on 13 July at 20:06.

The Amazon pickup person kept coming to my door several times to pick up the package and so I have rescheduled it for 17th. The current tracking ID is {removed by Amazon}

I have made several calls and sent messages to every possible relevant amazon email ids. Every time the assurance given is that the concerned team is working on it. Working on it so so long? Just to reset the weight and dimension? I fail to understand the delay. Ever response from Amazon is scripted and the officials do not apply intelligence to provide a solution.
