Lost Merchandise Found on Woot

I have these Forums more helpful than try to get a straight answer from any Amazon Customer Service Representative. I hope anyone can help me with this one.

Back in October my first shipment from China got lost. It has not been found yet, and after 14 open cases and almost 5 months I lost my confidence that I could ever find it. Right after the 3 month mark , a costumer service rep mentioned I was only able to file a case reporting ALL the shipment lost after 90 days of creating the shipment on the Amazon website. That game some hope, but it has been two months since I file a few more cases without any luck.

Few weeks ago, I decided to search for my product outside the Amazon website, and I was surprised to find it sold out on an affiliate Amazon website called Woot.com.

Now, I know what happened to my product and I have lost my money and time.

Does anyone knows how this woot website worked? Is there any way to find who sold the products on this website? Is there a possibility the product got lost and Amazon transferred to Woot to get rid off it? How can I get refunded from Amazon; I have submitted the Commercial Invoice and Packing list, as well as the BL signed and stamped by Amazon?

Any possible theories are welcome.
