Letter of authorisation issued to myself

Hello I need some help…

I’ve been trying to setup a new sole trader selling account on Amazon and i’m in a constant loop of being told the document I am providing is invalid. I have used the template as per the guide yet im getting the following reply:

We are contacting you as we are unable to validate the status of the signatory of the letter of authorization as a legal representative of the business, due to the reasons listed below.

Why is this happening?
The document you provided did not confirm that the signatory of the letter of authorization registered in Seller Central is a legal representative of the business.

What type of document do I need to provide?
To proceed with your account verification, please provide one of the following:
– An official business document that clearly shows that the signatory of the letter of authorization is either a Legal Representative, Director or Beneficial Owner of the business.

This is the letter I have sent (I have removed the data for personal reasons)

Any help would be appreciated as i’m at a loss on how to start my account.

Go to settings - account info - identity information
Does it say sole proprietor and then your own name under that - not your trading name
