To have this looked into please create a case via your account with Seller Support. The team will review your account and assist you. Please provide them with your PAN and GST numbers so that they have all the necessary information to investigate why you are unable to progress with your update.

Changing PAN is not allowed. However, if you have a differenct GSTIN number same ca be update in seller account profile page.
