My Account deactivated
Is there any way to reactivate my Amazon seller account? This is the notice I received last from Amazon. I am not sure what to do as I submitted invoices of my items that I purchased from the wholesale store.
We received your submission but we are unable to reactivate your account. Upon review of your account, we confirmed that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store. Additionally, the impacted inventory that is listed at the end of the notification may be disposed in accordance with the "Unsuitable Inventory Investigations Policy". Why is this happening?
Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon Business Solutions Agreement.

What do you mean by "wholesale store"?
What were you selling? Did you obtain authorization FROM THE BRAND to sell their items on Amazon?

I know this is likely not the outcome you were hoping for, and it must be very disappointing. Amazon takes these issues very seriously, as they are committed to maintaining trust and integrity in their marketplace. Unfortunately, in cases like this, where there is a confirmed finding of harmful activity, Amazon generally does not have a path to reactivate the account.
I know this may feel unfair, especially if you believed you were operating in good faith. However, Amazon has to enforce their policies stringently to protect their customers and the broader seller community.
If you believe your account was deactivated in error, you have the option to submit a new appeal. When doing so, please avoid sending any previously rejected documents, as these will most likely be denied. Ensure that your new appeal includes fresh and accurate information to support your case.
