Can anyone understands me about refund calculation in fbm, If I sell a product of 40 AED and customer pays the shipping fee which is 10 AED and my easy ship cost fee is 15.75 AED, And later that customer requested for return and amazon refund amount of the product + his shipping fee, So please tell me how much amazon cuts charges from one return and does amazon return his category fees to seller or it takes it by them? Please! guide me.
