Hi, I have a handful of amazon affiliates who would like to collaborate, but I don't know how to generate a code that gives them a commission for each product they sell. How am I able to generate a code, set a commission, and send the link/code to my affiliates? Thank you

Hello there!
If they are signed up with the Amazon Affiliates program, they have their own dashboard and is not something you'd share with them directly.
Take a look at this link that will provide you with information on how to create and share a social promo code with Amazon Influencers and Associates.
