Looking at some of your listings you are buying generic items from Alibaba and then appear to be listing them where you have seen the product is the same, but without checking that the brand name matches.
It is not uncommon for an Alibaba / Aliexpress seller to sell items direct to sellers who then apply some level of branding to the item. If you then list on those listings you get into trouble.
If that's the case for those Amazon have flagged then you are indeed selling inauthentic items.

The lights in particular are a branded listing branded to one of the sellers on the listing, are yours branded?
and are your invoices proper invoices not proforma or commercial and made out to your business?

Hello @Seller_rzS0sB00lWMN4,
Ash here to assist you. Thanks for sharing the above screenshots on this thread.
In order to ensure that customers can shop with confidence on Amazon, Amazon routinely request additional documentation from sellers to verify their account information and confirm authenticity of certain items.
Request you to review the policy Amazon Anti-Counterfeiting Policy to understand the violation.
Please refer to the below invoice requirements :
– Item descriptions & Item quantities.
– Supplier information including supplier name, supplier phone number, supplier address and website.
– You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASINs under review.
You should only send .pdf, .jpg, .png or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered.
As recommended by @Seller_ZJhFeE3tNKzfh, the invoices should include the brand names of the products.
If you need any further assistance, you can post here so that we or any of the sellers on forum can help you.
Regards,
Ash.
